How it runs

  1. BeforeSite, permit and water supply sorted next to the venue.
  2. Doors openBookable 45-minute slots for your guests and prospects.
  3. All dayA host runs the schedule, with towels, robes and a cold plunge.
  4. EveningA private slot for your top accounts.

What to know

  • It needs a spot near the venue, a permit and water. We handle all three.
  • Wood-fired or electric, depending on the city's rules.
  • Branding stays on the outside. Inside, it's just a good sauna.

Good for

Brands that want to be the thing people talk about at a big conference.

Not for

Brands that need a demo station or a product display.

Questions planners ask

Will people really use a sauna at a conference?

Yes, especially at the end of a long day. Slots fill fast once the first guests come out talking about it.

What do guests need to bring?

Nothing. Towels, robes and slippers are provided, and we keep spare swimwear.

Is a sauna allowed in the city?

Usually, with the right permit. Rules differ by city, which is why we start three to four months ahead.
